Reporting to theTechnical Manageryou will be responsible for:

• Build a CS (Customer Care) chatbot on ChatGPT's LLM model, using OnPoint's knowledge set (Products, KM programs, prices, instructions for use). Pricing and Promotions knowledge set will change monthly.


• Research and propose appropriate solutions (RAG, finetuning, Prompting optimization...) to minimize costs per conversation after integration.


• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

• Experience integrating and implementing LLM-based projects, specifically ChatGPT


• Have knowledge about handling chatbots with large amounts of messages, requiring good performance


• Have good analysis and problem solving ability
