What you will doPizza 4Ps is looking for a skilled Talent Development Lead who plays the role as a pillar of our Learning & Development Team in leading Talent Development initiatives and delivering WOW services to 4P’s partners (4P’s colleagues). Working directly with the Head of L&D at Pizza 4Ps you will grow yourself and your skills.How you Will do it1. 360-Degree FeedbackImplement, and manage the current 360-degree feedback process to gather comprehensive insights into employee performance and development areas.Analyze feedback data and provide actionable recommendations for individual and team development.2. Personal Development Plans (PDP)Collaborate with department heads and employees to create effective and tailored Personal Development Plans aligned with organizational goals.Monitor and track the progress of PDPs, providing guidance and support to employees as needed.3. Succession PlanningLead and facilitate succession planning initiatives to identify and develop high-potential talent within the organization.Work closely with department heads to create talent pipelines and ensure a smooth transition of key roles.4. Performance ManagementCollaborate with HR and management teams to align talent development initiatives with the overall performance management system.Provide support in the identification and development of high-performing individuals.5. Data Analysis and ReportingCollect and analyze talent development metrics to measure the effectiveness of programs and initiatives.Generate regular reports for senior management, highlighting key trends, successes, and areas for improvement.6. Continuous ImprovementStay informed about industry best practices and trends in talent development.Continuously assess and enhance talent development processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
