Core Responsibilities
• Adhered to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborated with engineers or designers for custom jobs or to refine manufacturing processes
• Support mould repair and spare parts manufacturing.
• Make the spare parts according to drawing and meet the dimensions requirement.
• Use the precision machine (EDM, Wire-Cut) to manufacture the parts according to requirement.
• Operate machines in tool shop (milling machine grinding machine turning machine), maintain machines.
• Be familiar with mould construction and production. interpretation of drawing
• Accomplish other tasks assigned by manager.

Do you have what it takes?
• At least 3 years' experience in similar position in Mould Maintenance, Mould Repair or Machinery Technician.
• Know how to operate and Programing presecion CNC Milling machine, Wire-cut, EDM. Basic knowledge of injection mould / technical drawings.
• Have knowledge of Operate system HEIDENHAIN is a plus - and is capable of transforming this knowledge and experience into results through solid trainer skills and behavior.
• Degree in engineering, or mechanical is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving
• Fluently communication
• Ability to work well in a team
• High level of manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
• Traveling (occasionally, based on business needs)
• Time flexibility (sometimes support for weekend shifts needed)
• Fluent in English (Writing and Speaking) is required
